&lt;p&gt;I’ve been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and herbs for almost 10 years now and can proudly say that they have given me physical and mental power. I remember going to an herbal pharmacy in Chicago’s Chinatown for the first time back when I was once a vegan like it was yesterday. Herbs allow me to train and focus on my goals without lacking fortitude. I pass on the knowledge my herbalist gives me to my clients. I have studied how to formulate compounds which helps athletes and suggest certain herbs to my clients to help them reach their goals. I play lacrosse, so I mainly do endurance types of workouts (distance running, HIITS,plyos etc) However I've started to more lifting. Should I be eating more carbs, or should I be consuming more lean protein? Do you have any tips/ ideas for a meal plan?
