Preparing a meal for lean muscle mass:
- String Beans for fiber & vegetable serving
- Organic Wild Rice for complex carbohydrates
- Wild Caught Albacore Tuna Steaks for protein & fat
I will cook the rice down with water at first then add the coconut milk for a sweet flavor to the rice and add additional healthy fat to the meal. I use Bragg’s Amino Acid spray to season the string beans once cooked. I will also cook the string beans with red peppers, onions & diced garlic. I use light seasonings and will cook the tuna steaks on the George Foreman Grill.
