Chocolate Whole-Grain Protein Pancakes rich in fiber, protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates. Great pre-workout snack… especially before heavy weight training. *Not a meal for dieter’s due to carb balance.- 1 whole egg- 10-12 Oz. almond milk- 2 scoops of chocolate 100% whey protein- 1.5 cup whole wheat pancake mix- 1 tbsp. coconut oil- 1 tsp. flax oil- 3 tbsp. whole flax seed- 1 tsp. cinnamon- 1 tsp. nutmeg- 5-7 drops of almond extractMakes about 6 pancakes (approx. 13.5 grams protein per pancake): Protein per ingredient: pancake mix 24gr, almond milk 4gr, whole flax seeds 6gr, egg 7gr, whey protein 40gr = 81gr.

The Fitness By Jah 2013 Summer Sweat Camp… will begin Sat. June 1st, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. located behind Greenwood Elementary at 16800 Greenwood Ave. South Holland, IL. 60473 (10 mins. south of Chicago). The cost is only $10.00 to attend per person. The camp will be held every Sat, Sun, Tue & Thur. until the end of September 2013. When I tell folks about tuna steaks they always seem confused… like “Yo, what is that Jah?” It’s my favorite and much better than canned or via sushi because I can make it like my granny’s smothered chicken. #fitnessfoods

Went to Costco and found quality 100% Whey Protein Isolates & Concentrate powders loaded with BCAAs, Glutamine, Aminos etc in bulk for a real good price… 6 pounds of CytoSport for $42.00… 4.5 pounds of Optimum Nutrition for $57.00… Also, found an 18 bar box of Pure Protein bars for $12. Most of us are not sponsored or rich so skip going to supplement stores and save some money by buying in bulk.
